The Client Web Portal makes it easy to quickly and securely share important documents with clients 24 hours a day. How you leverage this capability is up to you: use it as a standalone site or embed the login page directly in your firm’s website. Setup is easy and the Client Web Portal is available as soon as you activate your subscription.

The Client Web Portal eliminates the painstaking process of printing, compiling, and mailing reports—saving a significant amount of time and overhead cost. You can post a single report for a specific client request or use Adviser Workstation’s batch reporting feature to automatically generate and send a series of reports to the portals of multiple clients. You can also share documents not generated within Adviser Workstation, such as wills, tax forms, or newsletters. Likewise, clients can upload and post documents to share with you.
How to set up a client web portal
The Web Portal also has the option to include detailed portfolio information within each client’s personal portal. The overview tab provides an aggregated summary of client investments, including market values, top 10 holdings, asset allocation, and world regions. The portfolio details tab drills down into individual accounts and holdings, letting clients review detailed information based on both proprietary Morningstar data points and performance measures.
